Services Description Shiloh Finance provides a service for high ticket merchants to generate Retail Installment Contracts for their customers, which are to be used in lieu of traditional financing options. These contracts allow customers to pay for goods or services in installments without the merchant receiving the funds upfront.
3. Use of Service The Service is intended for use by merchants who have been approved by us following our application process. The Service allows for the generation of binding Retail Installment Contracts between the merchant and their customers.
4. Merchant Account Obligations In order to access our Service, you must create an account with us. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

6. Restrictions on Use You are permitted to use the Service only for lawful purposes as provided in the terms of the contract and applicable law. 11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shiloh Finance is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Dwolla Terms: In order to use the payment functionality of Shiloh Finance Inc’s application, you must open a "Dwolla Account" provided by Dwolla, Inc. and you must accept the Dwolla Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any funds held in or transferred through your Dwolla Account are held or transferred by Dwolla's financial institution partners. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Dwolla Account. You authorize Shiloh Finance Inc (“ShiFi”) to collect and share with Dwolla your personal information including full name, date of birth, social security number, physical address, email address and financial information, and you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that data. You understand that you will access and manage your Dwolla Account through ShiFi’s application, and Dwolla account notifications will be sent by ShiFi, not Dwolla. ShiFi will provide customer support for your Dwolla Account activity, and can be reached at www.shifi.io, support@shilohfinance.com and/or 949-322-3824.
